What we collect
- What you send us. Name, email address, studio name and anything you type into a contact, application or download form.
- Booking data. If you book a call, the scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen slot under its own privacy policy.
- Technical data. Standard server logs — IP address, browser, referring page — kept for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
- To answer you, send the resource you asked for, and run the course, consulting or studio engagement you signed up to. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
- To send occasional emails about masterclasses and resources, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from any of them.
- To keep the site working and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
Who else sees it
Only the processors we need to run the business — email delivery, scheduling, payments and hosting. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications: up to 24 months after the last contact. Customer records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and take it elsewhere in a portable format.
