Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data AI Design Empire, operated by [legal entity name] of [registered address], collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• What you send us. Name, email address, studio name and anything you type into a contact, application or download form.
• Booking data. If you book a call, the scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen slot under its own privacy policy.
• Technical data. Standard server logs — IP address, browser, referring page — kept for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

• To answer you, send the resource you asked for, and run the course, consulting or studio engagement you signed up to. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
• To send occasional emails about masterclasses and resources, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from any of them.
• To keep the site working and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Who else sees it

The processors we need to run the business — email delivery, scheduling, payments and hosting. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data. Meta is the one exception: through the Meta Pixel it receives browsing data and uses it for its own purposes too — see the cookie section below.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and applications: up to 24 months after the last contact. Customer records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and take it elsewhere in a portable format. Write to [contact email] and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or UK and you are not satisfied, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This site runs the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Meta your IP address, the pages you view here and basic browser information. We use it to measure how our ads perform and to show ads to people who have visited the site.

For this tool, we and Meta are joint controllers of the data collected. Meta also uses it for its own purposes under its Privacy Policy, and the data may be transferred outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can stop it: opt out in your Meta ad settings, block third-party cookies in your browser, or use any standard tracker blocker. We set no other advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this section is updated before the tool goes live.
